A Dream Board is very simple. It is important to have a clear set of goals of what you are trying to achieve for your organization. Aim high, higher than you think you can and this will help you reach your goals and beyond. Simply put on paper what your after and how much you need to get it. Use pictures to help the people in the organization to visualize what the are accomplishing. Then do the math.

Looking at the chart above find the $ amount of the total you need to make with your fundraiser. Follow the line left to see how many boxes your group needs to sell. Take the amount of boxes and divide by number of volunteers or sales people. This will give you the amount of boxes each person needs to sell to achieve your goal. Put these goals on your paper or Dream Board, and be very clear with your people what what your expecting to accomplish.
