Materials For an Effective Fundraiser

The Supplies you use for your fundraiser will help the fundraiser be a SUCCESS!

Your kit includes all the neccessary supplies you need to start, run and finnish

with a bang.

Supplies:

Brochure - Includes pictures and product information for your customer.
Order Forms - Included is one order form for each particapant (more available if needed)
Collection Envolopes - One for each participant
Sales Bag - One for each participant to keep the envolope and order form in.
Tally Sheet - So you can easily track your sales and orders to be submitted. This sheet can be used for any club or school. With a school you can use one sheet per class.
Delivery Sheet - This sheet is filled in so you know when product will be delivered and how many of each flavor.
If it is a school there will be a class collection envolope for orders to be submitted per class for easy tracking.

2 Great Options for Delivery:

We Pack:

We can pack each order individually and put a receipt on the back for easy access to who's product it is. The customer receipt will have the customers name and the sales persons name on it. We will package it in a company bag sized to fit the amount ordered. The bag will contain the products ordered and a Thank you note. Each sales persons order form will be included in their package of filled orders.

For schools it will be packges so that each Classrooms order will arrive together. You Choose if you want it all shipped at once (completed) or as the Classroom orders are filled (1 class at a time) .

You Pack:

We will ship you the total order on your delivery sheet and include bags and thank you notes. You will also recieve your order forms back with Recipts attached to each order form for the customers on the order form. This will all make it easy for you to package your orders yourself. This option will ensure you get your product faster as it is shipped directly to you.
